Dubai – xx March 2024: Prepare to witness a spectacular showcase of style and elegance as Dubai's most fashionable individuals vie for prizes exceeding AED 200,000 in the Dubai World Cup Style Stakes, proudly sponsored by Emaar, at Meydan Racecourse on Saturday, March 30th.
Set against the backdrop of a nine-race card, the competition promises to be as fierce off the track as it is on it, with Style Stakes showcasing the best in fashion. Glamorous racegoers can compete in five categories; Best Dressed Lady, Best Dressed Man, Best Dressed Couple, Best Traditional Outfit and Best Hat.
Some of Dubai’s best fashion experts have been tasked with picking out the winners, with Style Stakes judging in the hands of Personal Brand Strategist Kelly Lundberg, Gary Sweeney, Brand & Style Director for sponsors Ascot & Chapels, Evelyn McDermott, Founder of Evelyn McDermott Millinery, Fashion and Lifestyle Agency founder Ruth Bradley and Nadia Jendoubi, Store Supervisor and Brand Influencer for Anfasic Dokhoon.
The Best Dressed Lady category has an array of prizes to help the well-attired stay at the top of their game, including a AED55,000 EMAAR Gift Voucher, 24k Gold Facials worth AED1000 sponsored by Sisters Beauty Lounge, a AED4000 Gift Voucher for the 2025 Dubai World Cup, as well as 50,000 Emirates Skywards Miles.
The Best Dressed Man category will also be hotly contested, with a AED36,700 EMAAR Gift Voucher up for grabs, a US$4000 Gift Voucher sponsored by Ascot & Chapels and an 1847 Signature Facial worth AED750.
Dubai World Cup Style Stakes registration opens at 1.00pm at Concourse 4, Concourse 2 and Apron Views. Entry is open to all ticket holders but ensure to register early as places are limited. Registration closes at 3:30pm and judging for the Best Dressed Man begins at 4:10pm in the Style Arena in Apron Views, followed by Best Dressed Couple at 4:45pm, Best Traditional Outfit at 5:20pm and Best Hat at 5:55pm. The Best Dressed Lady judging concludes the event at 6:50pm and all winners will be announced at 7:15pm!
